I understand that all presenters are required to register and that each must pay the appropriate special registration fee: Presenter $545, NCIA Member $345, or Award Nominee $615. I further understand that all fees must be paid by the deadline of March 9, 2012, and that failure to do so will result in cancellation of the presentation.
