POSTER SESSIONS

Poster sessions provide the opportunity for faculty and graduate students to demonstrate and discuss classroom-based and other research or demonstration projects that are in progress or recently completed. Interested persons should complete the same proposal form as all presenters, indicating that they want to do a poster session presentation. The extended deadline for Poster Session submissions is February 29, 2008.

Poster Session presentations take place in a large exhibit hall. Each poster session is assigned to a poster station. The conference provides a free standing poster display board with a display area of 4'x8', a 6'-table, complimentary wireless internet access and electric access. Faculty Presenters have the option of making their presentation on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and must indicate their choice on the proposal form. Poster Session presenters are required to provide their own computers and multimedia equipment, display materials and handouts. Internet access is available by prearrangement only. Please be certain to indicate on the proposal form if you require Internet access.

The registration fee for Poster Session presenters is $495 for faculty and $195 for full-time graduate students. (Please note: graduate students presenting regular papers must pay the full $495 presenter fee.)

All poster session presenters are advised to review the Guidelines for Great Presentations.
